Can you tell me what StarTreats Reward is all about?

Startreats is a reward program designed specially for you. You will get to enjoy deals such as discounts and savings from us and our partners

We will be getting more deals in for you so make sure you check your email.  Sometime it could land in your spam mail if you don’t see it in your inbox.

How do I join StarTreats?

Just subscribe to any The Star Package here.

I have subscribed, how long do I have to wait to get StarTreats?

You should be able to receive Startreats email after u have a commencement date. Please check your subscription status at Newsstand or look out for our email.

How does StarTreats work?

As long as you are The Star subscriber and has an active package.

Generally we will email the deals to you. Select and redeem the deal that you want and a copy of an eVoucher will be sent to your email for keeping and use it when u have the time.

Sometime we will choose to SMS or post the deal to you.  Make sure your profile is updated. You can check your current profile with us at Newstand and update it if you haven’t.

Please note that for some deals, you may be required to present a printed copy at the locations.

I did not receive StarTreats. What Should I do?

You profile might not be updated. Kindly update your subscription profile at my account.

I want to update my profile to receive StarTreats but I can’t log into Newsstand. How?

Kindly click forget password to reset your password or contact customerservice@thestar.com.my or call 1-300-88-7827 Mon-Fri (8.30am-5.30pm) excluding public holidays.

Do I need to sign up with every StarTreats’ Partner?

It depend on the deal that offer by our partners. Each of our partners are from different category and they have their own redemption method. Kindly refer to the T&C in the eVoucher as it has the information there.

For example, an eCommerce promo code will required you to register an account in order to use the discount from your purchase and for F&B outlet, you only required to make reservation.

Is there any expiry date on the eVoucher and how do I keep track?

Each deal will have a redemption validity period from the date you redeem the eVoucher. The date will be stated under the eVoucher T&C and make sure to utilize the eVoucher before it’s expired.

I have forgotten about my eVoucher and it’s expired. Can I still use it?

No. Once your eVoucher has expired, partners will not accept it anymore. Kindly look for other deals that we have for you for other deals.

Is the eVoucher transferable?

It depends on the deal. Some are not transferable.

How many StarTreats can I redeem?

Each deal has it individual redemption conditions so please read the term and conditions carefully.

Can I exchange the eVoucher for cash?

No you may not.

Can I share my StarTreats’ email to my friends?

StarTreats Reward are designed for you as our loyal subscribers  and it’s not for non subscribers. Our partners do verify with us and some are limited to 1-time use so it is advisable not to share so that you will get to enjoy the deal that we gather for you.

I’m not satisfy with the deal. I want a refund?

I’m sorry as it’s not refundable. We just deliver Startreats Reward to you in an eVoucher format and we are not reponsible for the deal or chargers made between you and our partners.

However, we highly appreciates your feedback if our partners are found dishonest or has mislead you and we shall take action on them.

If I want to make report on StarTreats’ partner, who should I contact?

If your report is related to our partner’s staff or services, kindly make the report to our partner directly.
